and having servers is not enough.... location of said server is important.... if the closest one 4 thousands miles away.... might as well be P2P.... so even if Sony or activizion pays up for dedicated servers they won't have the coverage MS cloud has.... so I can confirm you right now COD MP will be globally better on XB1 and PC no doubt about it...
