When your friend talks to you about a bad experience playing a game and describes it, is that not need to know info to warn you before your playthrough?

 

No. One of my friends describe Dark Souls as "Gaaaaaaaaaah iiiiiiiiiiit's tooooooooooo haaaaaaaaard it suuuuucks". Yet I purchased it and I think it's an incredible game. And I don't believe the game is THAT hard, it's just a matter of mastering it.


How many of your friends reviewed the game? Dark Souls is nothing to go off of if they didn't play Demon Souls. Dark Souls was a new IP based off of the structurre of Demon Souls, same devs just this this time Sony wasnt co-developing.
