Attacking?

Making a Reply is "attacking"? Lol

Well you didn't quote me so it seemed like you were trying to avoid my comment so that's why i just replied to this one

I would'nt really say that Kinect and and the Gamepad are in the same boat because the Gamepad is the main controller for Wii U and Kinect is not fot the Xbox

Hmm i didn't know that the Dreamcast had a motion controller thingy but it's not a full motion control based console.

I'm only awear of the Sega Saturn and PS1 playing music CD's but they launched at around the same time so somebody can't really say that Sony got that from Sega. They brought that on their own. Also, I ment DVD's when i said movies but what other gaming console played DVD's/Movies? I didn't know that somebody else did it. Sony popularized it but who else supported DVD's/Movies though?

I also don't believe that Kinect will be bundled with each console. It will be for launch but i believe they will announce a Kinectless Xbox One sooner or later

Well, maybe "attacking" was too strong of a word. Lol!  Long night at work.

But, yeah, Sega CD, CD-i, 3DO, Turbo Duo, and a probably a few consoles I can't even think of (Jaguar CD?) all played music CD's before Playstation was even a thing.  Sony was the first DVD movie playing console so I was really particular not to mention DVD's.  I'm sneaky like that.  But I know the Phillips CD-i played a format called VCDs aka Video CDs.  It never caught on, though.

I'm hoping Microsoft sticks to their guns with the Kinect 2.0 even though it really drives up the price of the Xbox One.  That's why I consider it a risk.  I know a lot of people were disappointed with Kinect but from what I've seen, Kinect 2.0 does a lot of what Kinect was supposed to do.  Even if the trade-off costs them sales, I hope they don't ditch the idea because I kinda like the idea of each console being kinda unique during the 8th gen.  I owned everything during the 7th gen and most of the time I was deciding between buying game X on PS3 or 360.  Not really much incentive to buy two consoles if they share 90% of the same games.

Oh, and sorry about not quoting you.  I think I felt guilty about the earlier post attacking Sony so I threw out a random apology post really directed at no one.  Sony's a cool company.  I have nothing against them.  They gave me too many good times.  Heck, there isn't a Sony gaming console made since 1995 that I didn't buy at least twice (except the Vita--I only own one).  Wasn't avoiding you.  I'm really a pretty nice guy.  The internet just makes me evil!

It's almost 9am.  I'm only awake because my girlfriend called.  Coasting off of maybe four hours of sleep so I'm gonna crash. Sorry bout writing a book.  Have a good morning, mate!
