i typed out a big long reply but then it sounded corny. but dont think they couldnt PROVE that you used the CD. If they were to go for a full on assault against this program and its users they could build a SPECIFIC check into the firmware update. Nintendo wouldnt brick someone's wii though, I dont think company would have the cajones to try that. But there could be other, real reprocussions
