I buy/sell watches on ebay. Over 1500 transactions. Only one bad one. Average transaction is probably ~$150. The most was ~$800. When bidding I always look for over 99.5% ratings. If the rating is lower but it's something I want to bid on then I discount my high bid to reflect the lower rating.
