Your estimations seem reasonable, but anal? If you're talking about dating a woman, anal may never be on the table. Not all men or women are interested in that kind of thing, some are even revolted by the mere idea of it. Even if shes curious or is up for trying it, it's not really a date 6-7 kind of thing.
Also I never count "dates" in relation to sex. You just know if one girl is up for it more than another. Some will sleep with you after only a few hours of meeting you, others will want to get to know you and it could take up to a month or two to crack the safe.
Making out would definitely be on the cards within the first or second date though, if things are going well.
The fact that you're trying to narrow down a timeframe for getting action doesn't bode well for you though, most likely you will come across as pushy or desperate which could be a major turn off for a girl. Better to play it cool, like sex and making out aren't even that important.
