All the policy changes that have been announced are basically ones that are already on 360 so it's not copying Sony at all. The only new policy that is different from 360 is allowing indies to self-publish but that's something that is on the vast majority of game platforms (PC, Mobile, Consoles, etc) so that isn't even copying Sony. It's Sony that is still the copycat since they will now be charging for online multiplayer for example.
