Street Fighter games sell well on Nintendo systems, not sure why they aren't releasing. SSFIV 3D actually outsold the 360 version of the game while being on a much smaller install base while the 360 version had the Arcade Edition DLC already available.

If you ignore the 1.66m sales of vanilla SFIV...
|
If you ignore that it was a late port, that the superior Arcade Edition was already available and that 3DS's install base was much, much smaller than the 360's...

Launch games have the benefit of selling high because nothing else to buy. But even then SSFIV 3DS failed to sell through its first shipment of 1m for almost two years, the second shipment almost 2 years later was only 100k more. ...and yeah, bargin bin prices for most of those sales which doesn't scream "release another!".
Arcade Edition was not released on consoles when SSFIV 3DS released, that is just false, that was not for several months after 3DS released, the 3DS game included the benefit of having all DLC included for free.

Not true, otherwise Steel Diver would've sold more than 200k. During it's first year SSFIV 3D sold more than the 360 version at the same time frame and surpassed it's total sales by its second year. It's not like the 360 version was being sold at full price for 3 years and only the 3DS version got lower prices as time passed...
About AE, I was quite sure it was released at a similar time frame as the 3DS version. My fault.
