It's a bit chunky for my liking if i was looking just at the videos (ironically it looks bigger in the videos than the one i've seen in real life..)
But that kinect sensor looks like it could be problematic especially if you try and put it above the tv (my tv is nearly flush with the wall).
Colour/shape are both sensible design decisions and fit well within the living room. Not a big fan of external power supplies, but it depends on how they are presented. For example I have a TV with an external power supply, but they have a mount that mounts it behind the TV, so you ignore it. I dont think its a problem behind a tv cabinet or computer desk, more hassle if you move the console around (which is only going to be a very small number of people).
