Oh, I get it. Hmm, I don't think anyone makes a splitter so that one Sensor Bar could be controlled by two devices. I do something like that on my optical out as my Xbox 360 and Bluray share the same port on my reliever.
I stick my sensor bar right under my Kinect. I'm not sure if that will work with the new one though. The speaker array, is isolated, and close to the ground. But second thought, it should be fine, it has that telescoping base. It can raise itself, what looks like at least an inch, perhaps more.
