"Ain't it sad that today, when an adult think of gaming, the first thing that pop to their head is Call of Duty."
Why? It started with the PS2 but it really wasn't until this generation that being an adult who played video-games was widely accepted. I rather like the situation we have now. I don't play CoD but I will certainly admit that opened up the industry in new directions.
Besides, it's just perception. This is the most varied generation we've ever had, which I think is awesome. It's not like Mario or Pokemon has gone anywhere.
