 Whats the point of that? They should just make a new IP. Some of these ips are so old and set in their ways they need something fresh for a new generation.

sure they need new IPs (and there are new ones appearing like W101), but they shouldn't just abandon the franchises that made them into what they are today.

Nintendo does not own Platinum Games. Historically they've always used a second or third party to make their alternative games.

Sony doesn't own the guys that make GOW either, do they? What's your point?
