Well it depends if you are on a cut or bulk.  

Even though Whole Grain is healthier for you, pasta is still bad if you are on a cut because of high calories and too many carbs.  However on a bulk this is great.

Cauliflower would be a good alternative if you are on a cut. Though I would use a fat free homemade sauce over the one they are supplying.  Dont like the idea of that lol
