Unit 13 got almost no advertising. I don't think it has a future as a franchise because of that, which might be why it hasn't been on PS+ yet.

Because of all the hunter games on the Vita, I'm not entirely sure Soul Sacrifice has a future, either. If it does, I think the next one needs to expand its scope to be more social like the others.

Yes, it did however the future of this franchise is in the bucket cause the dev  went bust. 

Maybe, but Sony could still bring it back if they wanted.  It's their IP.  That would surprise me a lot, however.
