I think splitscreen would be the best. That way both players could use a gamepad each, and have all the features. I think the idea about loosing air instead of healt bars is great, but the animal behavior is he problem. They should have two modes to play the games in, "casual" and "hardcore." The casual one plays like Endless Ocean 2 when it comes to the dangerous aimals, while the hardcore one make them a challenge. If you remember ciceros strait, there were some shipwrecks with around 5 sharks swimming above all the time. But you could just swim through, without getting hurt at all. That was a bit too dull. But it would be great if we could change these modes when on land, so if you wanted a bit of a challenge, you could plug it on, but if you just wanted to relax then you could just turn on casual. |
You mean that map that was set in the Mediterranean (the Adriactic sea, I think)? And those were the sharks and shipwrecks that were at the bottom of the map?
I remember that place and the sharks, specially a big one with name that had scars and was very agressive. Also in that map, at the top, there were also sharks that were agressive most of the time.
The problem is that the Endless Ocean games are not supposed to be challenging but entertaining. Something "beautiful" to teach us a bit about the sea and its animals. It's not a game game, it's an experience game to call it something, which explains why its included into those casual titles of Wii, one of those games thought for the (never better) called "blue ocean" audience, not for us.
Please excuse my bad English.
