Why can't you delete or at least lock your own threads on VGC?

Plus like i said, other websites allow you to do this.  i see no reason i should not have a choice to lock my own thread by myself.

Too much power in our hands will probably destroy the last bit of life this site has left due to trolling possibilities.

But mods can still ban you even if a thread is locked.  They can still see the comments.
