It looks nice. Personally, I would still prefer a silver or colour other than black.
Due to it's greater dynamic range, it should be easier to put the Kinect 2.0 under your TV as Microsoft's Albert Penello shows here:

Plus it looks like you should stack an old Kinect 1.0 on top if you needed too.
Note: the 3 lights show up in the camera, but are not visible to the human eye. The only thing you might see is sometimes it glows red like an electric burner (so I have been told.)
