I'd actually prefer if it they let us find out their evolutions on our own while we play the game. Would be pretty cool methinks to actually discover things ourselves! Could possibly bring me back to my Pocket Monster Pearl days when I was completely out of the Pokemon loop. Was awesome figuring out all this new stuff! ^_^ |
I agree, but after Gen 5, my caution is high (I know people liked the gen v starters, but its just me) Finding out what Piplup evolved into on his last form satisfied me greatly. Empoleon was and still is a beast!

Technically I'm always disappointed since they go from cute n happy to cool n mean, and I of course prefer the former! But of course I always get over it, eventually...
