Playing the American version might be a bit hard, seeing how important words like colour and armour are spelled wrong on that side of the Atlantic, but I think we'd manage somehow.
Importing Japanese versions is one thing, although I'd have no problem with it, but even the US versions of most games tend to arrive months earlier than the European ones. I'd be happy with just importing US games for the most part.
Soriku: You realise that's the Gamecube Freeloader, right? It not working with newer versions of the Wii is troublesome, but still not quite conclusive proof of Nintendo going after the Wii FL.
