Given that this was at an Xbox event, I am going to take this to mean PC....
In all any seriousness, these next-gen games are just optimised PC ports, but the hope is that they are based around next-gen standard and downgraded for current gen rather than aimed at this gen and upgraded
Just see PC ports, they have a step up in graphics, but when they are just ports of the console games, they are nowhere near as impressive as when games are actually focused on high end PCs, see Battlefield versus CoD on PC
