When a pro Xbone thread just can list weak or pointless arguments... you have a idea of the situation of the console.
Keep going guys 
1) I don't see that devkit feature being a selling point... in fact that will be useless for 99% of the user base of the console... $499 is expensive even the console being a devkit (in fact there is no difference in the hardware with this devkit feature... the devkit is not a full devkit... it is a limited one)
2) There are some nice promises in games... little exclusives... and little variety.... even so this is the less pointless argument of your list
3) You are paying for Kinect... there are extra cost lol.
4) Any dedicated server can do what Cloud can and the Cloud won't make miracles with games... PR marketing because MS have the weakest console in hardware terms (way week this time).
5) Both consoles have that... in fact both consoles uses the same CPU lol... visualization didn't make the multitasking or instant switching better... both consoles have the same potential and what you make one better than other in this case is the software... I agree MS is better for OS software than Sony... but you "true" make your argument bullshit because both have the same potential for multitasking and instant switching.
6) Both controller have these "invitations" and the PS4 one have more.
7) Tell me what big possibility? The HDMI in exists to you plug your required cable box to watch TV over Xbone.
8) XBLA always was better than PSN for indies... I agree.... but the things seems to change this time.
9) So you already know how XBLA on Xbone will be? The user base and eecosystem?
10) Give a date for Halo?
Plus most of these features are not ready for this christmas (Halo, Devkit, XBLA games, etc)... what make your arguments even more insignifcants for own this christmas
