That is a good point, and something that has pissed me off for a while now. I think MS made a big mistake by being over-confident going into the '07 holidays relying only on the (then) superior gaming library, and not dropping the price like the PS3 did. I'm of the strong opinion that they should have dropped the price too, building on the strong momentum that they had. Because now, if they want to do a drastic price drop it would by many be seen as an act of desperation. The PS3 in just three months went from loser to winner, and MS did nothing about it. Now they can only play catch up.
