Can someone answer a couple questions for me?
1. Can I transfer mayoral status to a different character?
2. How do I build a bridge?
3. I can't start projects without 100%. I asked Isabelle what the citizen satisfaction was and she said the citizens wanted more projects. I don't understand.
4. To get the museum 2nd floor, one of the requirements is 14 days of talking to the owl. Can this be done with any character, or only the mayor?
