that seems way too much for rumble in the triggers, a higher placed d-pad, latency decrease and some prettier buttons...
with this the R and D for the console, kinect, exclusive games bribes. various contract licences for tv channels and all the hidden costs i dont see how they expect to make a profit this gen.. especially since 75 percent of consumers still hates their guts.
