Dont count on it. Those two are famous for hating on everything. Especially GT.

Thankfully seems like people know better than to relly on the commercial websites for JRPG reviews. I mean, the reviews for Nier still hurt. How many people missed that gem because of incompetent journalists.

Edit: colour me suprised. They didnt hate on it like they did graces. 8.6 isnt too bad from them.

Gamespot yes, gametrailers is off and on though they gave graces a what 6? but they gave Vesperia a high 8 and said it was a return to form glad they gave xillia a nice score. 

Edit: yea I loved Nier and saw the reviews after I got it and was like the fuck!!!

I think Nier's a sort of game that depends how you feel it melds together. I guess sort of like Deadly Premonition. It has a lot of interesting ideas (with Great Soundtrack), and I thought it failed at most of them, while I enjoyed Deadly Premonition. And theres lots of people that heavily dislike each game.

But I may be wrong.
