Also, please remember this is the same studio that almost bankrupted because they invested what they had on Vesperia early in the generation and it bombed on the 360. They will not take that risk again.
They might port something at some point to test the waters but a PS4 Tales wont be coming anytime soon.

How did Vesperia bomb? It sold 650k on 360. 

Most important region for the series is Japan, as they use it to gauge interest for the series and use the data to decide where to put the next game in the series.

190k for a brand new, HQ Tales is awful. Look at the PS3 ports + Xillia sales, and you'll see why.
