True true.  I wonder if it is even possible for them to track digital somehow.  


They announced a while ago that they're working with five or six leading digital distributors to find a way to track game sales.  I would assume those would include Valve, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, EA, and maybe Apple.  Could get some decent estimates if those guys give them access to a small amount of data.
