Yes. They could probably sell more if they lowered the price. The real question is would they make more money? At this point having a larger install base isn't going to have a large effect on software sales. If the DS averaged 40k/week sales in Japan this year I think that would still be very healthy. For such a mature market most of the action is going on in the software side.
