Just wanted to mention that you need the hard drive brackets if you want to put a hard drive into the 12 GB PS3. They cost about 10 €.
1 TB HDDs are available around here for 60 €. PS3 12 GB is available for 160 €. So you can get a 1 TB PS3 for 230 €, which is pretty good, I think.
