Laughable stuff.
$1500-1750 today would get you the highest end PC that would be future-proofed for years to come.
Heck, my PC is 3 years old, cost me like $1200 and still can run just about anything.
Build it yourself. I'd go something like:
i7-4770k ($299)
MSI Z87A-GD65 ($189 or so less CPU/mobo discounts)
16GB 1866mhz RAM ($149)
750 watt bronze or better PSU ($79-99)
Tower ($79)
Watercooler ($99)
128GB SSD ($129)
1TB HDD ($69)
Nvidia 780 ($659)
That's still like $1,750, and you have a video card that is better than the XBO and PS4 combined, and doubled, just about. By the way, this same setup from that company is about $2,400.. So you're paying an extra $650 for them to build it + a fancy case.
So yeah... Just pay someone smart that you know ~$100 USD to build this for you. You'll be fine until the next console cycle.
