The highest selling Gran Turismo game was on the Ps2. The 3 highest selling Need For Speed games are on the Ps2. Now racing games barely sell as much as they used to. The same will happen with FPS games. The mass population will eventually lose interest soon enough.

Yes, but I am talking about the high point for racers as a genre. Shooting and war is a cultural mainstay in America...it wont fade. Theres a literal list of all the American war games that have come out...its astonishing
