I never said they don't usually go together. Just that they don't always.

By not always, are you referring to WSR? Because if you are, then again, I'm talking about REGULAR releases, WSR isn't a regular release, it's a special case. And we know that unless games release under WSR conditions, then hype and sales will go together period. 

Plenty of other games where they don't correlate; The Conduit, Red Steel, Lair...
