If im not mistaken, adding/doing modification is STILL illegal. which i find odd because it isnt for phones. Alot of peoples argument will be 'homebrew' but... come on, lets be honest to our selfs here. Not a ton of people import games or play homebrew apps. were not talking about a 10 year old system here. May if the gateway cards wasnt COMPLETELY advertised for piracy , than the homebrew excuse would be ok

Remember the original policies for the Xbox One? just imagine all (home) Console always be online. piracy could be the reason for it happening.
