Emulators aren't illegal and neither should flashcarts be illegal. Anyone who wants to question whether emulation software is illegal or not I present to you Bleem vs Sony. In which bleem won in all cases including using the Playstation logo. Essentially setting a legal standard. Bleem! was a commercial emulator on top of that. The company should be forced to remove the illegal software though.
