Exaclty. All they can do right now is have value bundles. And since Wii-Remotes aren't that much to manufacture anymore, I guess you're right that they can bundle one or two in each console and still maintain a 349.99$ price tag.

A 50$ cut would match, but Nintendo wouldn't do that for the entire country. Selling at a loss yo!
