I don't see this as supporting the PS3 into the future... Essentially, most of these projects were delayed and they are just completing them.
Last of us was supposed to be Holiday 2012... Delayed to 2013
Beyond was rumored to be spring 2013... Delayed...
FF XIII Versus... Renamed and Delayed...
Last Guardian... Delayed...
It doesn't make sense to kill the investment made to date and move them to next gen... (Although Last Guardian probably is moving to next gen if it ever comes out [Case of ICO being overly ambitious with the hardware capabilities I think]).
As for GT and R&C... These are just iterations on the current game engine... They can cut these out like cookies in a bakery. GT will probably change around because reviewers did not take to GT5 well. But it will be the same game engine with a different game structure. R&C has seen many titles this gen so, a new one won't be anything earth shattering.
