actually shocked at people saying the biggest step up was to Vice City? I honestly don't know how you could be any more blown away by that first time you get to take control of the car in GTA3 and it's not just a cutscene anymore but a full 3D GTA game, driving 8ball back to the safe house, changed gaming forever.
