Anita's tweet wasn't surprising to anyone who keeps track of gender in media: there really are very few female protagonists in video games. EEDAR, a video game research firm, found that of 669 games that had protagonists with recognizable genders, 24 had only female protagonists.

These are just some headlines and highlights.
Now it seems that publishers think it's not possible to sell games with a female lead, and I don't agree.
I love playing with female leads, and it never occured to me that it could be troublesome for other gamers, so I just don't understand.
And as a famous french youtuber said "If you're only going to watch an ass for hundreds of hours, at least shall it be a beautiful ass."
