Should have done it.. as a whole sony is undervalued cause of the different divisions.. making it harder for every division.. like their Financial Services they should spin (part) off the Entertainment Division... It's not like Sony wouldn't be in control.. it would make the parent company stronger and the then created daughter company also stronger.. the incoming cash could have been used to help create this "One Sony".. I can't see any reason not to do it cause they already did it with their Financial Services..
