Well we've seen what can be done with a game that has powerful editing tools, such as Halo3, LBP2 and TrialsEvo. I've seen some amazing community output from those titles in particular. So I can imagine that Spark, a title which is basically a game creator, will make for some great games.
There are still good games coming out from the early games creators like SEUCK on the c64, and I recall some good commercial titles from adventure creators like Quill and others. This will be a very good thing.
