Yeah, I just looked at the link you posted, and I have no idea how that rig is costing you $2000. It's only got an i5 processor and a lower end Nvidia GPU, and 8 gigs of RAM.
I'd honestly recommend ordering the parts from Newegg.com and building it yourself. For $2000 you'll be able to build a rig that's twice as good as the one you linked.
Edit: And I just realized the price for the rig you linked is $979, not $2000. That makes a lot more sense.
