Well I plan to buy all physical on the WiiU since I'm still not too sure about digital purchases on consoles (I'll get a title or two as an exception if I cant find a physical copy though).

 

Question though, I know data installation is required for games like on the PS3 (or some games I mean) - can you delete the data once you are done and if you want to, re-install it again (without losing save data ;o?).


Are you talking about disc games needing to be installed?  I'm pretty sure no Wii U disc based games need to be installed...as of right now.
