Its an open world game, they could make an open world game for PS3, duh. But they cant make that open world game. ANd physics are already different the particle affects are way more advanced. The AI is more advanced, you didnt even read up on th game.

I watched the gameplay video, wich tells me more than any text. the physics and Ai are the same I've seen before and the only difference is graphics.

watching a gameplay video tells you more than an actual in depth look with the devs in addtion to gameplay videos? sounds legit.
