The PS4 is gonna have PS3 games streamed to it in 2014. I think that shows commitement and capability enough. If you think Sony's not embracing the cloud - then you think wrong. They've invested a wagon of money into it. It's just not a huge selling point like they make it for the X1.

Gaikai is not Sony's cloud lol.

Although it will be doing tons of calculations off in some warehouse, it's really only designed for full content streaming. It really has nothing to do with what people consider the cloud to be.
