Plus the perfectly tuned twitch style gunplay and the AI, while not terribly great, can be challenging at times. Seems blatantly clear their deadline came up and they rushed the last sections of the game but still one of my favorite games of this gen. |
Game was being prepared and designed before the gen started. If Rage had come out earlier people would've been far more impressed but the standard and bar was raised. Same issue happened with Perfect Dark Zero. Halo came out and Perfect Dark fell behind. It didnt have the luster it had during the Goldeneye days and Rare wasnt a complete team. I can barely look at Bioshock any longer unless its on a PC. Its just not as nice looking as it was earlier in the gen.
