Both have two rumbles but the old both rumbles make the same moviment... now you can control what moviment will do the left and the right.

Eg. The dev can make only the left rumble while the right do nothing

That was already possible, what else is the point of having a small and a big wheel?
I guess it will have better control options, faster response etc. Maybe they could only go at the same speed when both are on, same direction, but I'm sure one could be off while the other was going.
