Tough call, it's still pretty early. At first glance I'd say no; the 3DS won't be as big as the DS in general, so I wouldn't guess that it would have as many X-million-sellers. But upon further inspection it certainly seems possible.

I would take Ocarina of Time 3D out of the OP. Once Zelda games hit their second birthday they're pretty much finished selling significant numbers -- no way it will sell 30-40% of its total sales after that two-year point, which passed over a month ago.

I'm sure Smash Bros will make it. Even the first game in the series on the relatively small install base of the N64 comfortably managed over 5 million sales; since then the series has grown tremendously in popularity. Japan will go nuts for a portable version of the game, so I expect the 3DS version to be the best-selling Smash Bros yet in Japan, exceeding the 2.5 million sales of Brawl.

Zelda has a fair shot. Phantom Hourglass came within spitting distance of 5 mil, and A Link to the Past was one of the best-selling titles in the series in Japan. I suppose Link Between Worlds could hit 1 million in Japan, a little over 2 million in America, a little under 2 million in Europe. It would be close.

Animal Crossing will make it soon, Luigi's Mansion will probably make it next year. Apart from that, we'll just have to wait and see.
