I am just looking at numbers provided by the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association. DS piracy is nowhere the level that it was on the PSP.

And Fire Emblem seems to be outsold the GBA one by the slightest of margins, AC:NL is far from the sales of the DS one. And SM3DL doesn't even begin to the Mario games on DS.

You really don't seem to put too much effort into researching for your posts. Anyway...

Just because CESA states that the DS hasn't been pirated as much as the PSP, which was pirated a lot, doesn't mean Pokemon wasn't pirated a lot. Did they state specific games? It doesn't seem so. If they did, please tell me.

Fire Emblem was just released this year and still hasn't had a holiday. AC:NL was released this year in NA and Europe, so it still hasn't had a holiday, nor has it had a long time to sell in NA/Europe. SM3DL is an evergreen title meaning it'll keep selling, especially when the holiday hits.

How could you miss these points?

I see that you put in a lot of research in your post. Great numbers and facts in there. And yes, they do state specific games and their numbers. Dissidia, the most pirated PSP game had over 5M downloads. The most pirated DS game (DQIX) had 1.5M. Goes on to show the difference.
