PSASBR just has a better resolution.
3DS is very limited.

Both look great...but 3DS will play better.

what? you mean the system with 2 screens, Gyro control, 3d, touch screen, enough power to chuck out ports of ps3/360 games like SSF4? this is limited. you may wish to clarify

I think they meant number of pixels on the main display. 3DS resolution does look very low once you're accustomed to the Vitas.

As for enough power to chuck out ports of PS3/360, maybe so, but the port was nowhere near the same level as the PS3/360 version technically and PSABR on Vita is near identical to the native PS3 version.

Nintendo's art direction is generally great though so I don't doubt that it'll be a looker on 3DS. I'd rather then ensured it ran at 60fps than went all out on the graphics though.

PSASBR was designed on both Vita and ps3 alongside each other with the limitations of the vita in mind, sure it looks like the same game as on the ps3, but no one is going to suggest that the ps3 version is one of the lesser detailed of all the ps3 exclusives out there.

Sure that port of SSF4 on the 3ds is missing the animations of the backgrounds but at the same time, it was designed almost 3 years after it's HDtwin version and the 3ds's abilitys had no impact on the HD version of the game.
