They actually have quite a lot. Rare alone has given them Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Conker, Kameo, Viva Piñata, Grabbed by the Ghoulies, Jet Force Gemini, Killer Instinct, Blast Corps and Kinect Sports. Though I guess it depends on whether it counts if you have only played a game from the IP on Nintendo consoles.

Yeah, but those games were made under the publishing of Nintendo, which is why that is a sensitive subject for many.
